Location: Wolverhampton (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: £38,000 to £42,000 per annum

Liquid Personnel is looking for a Supervising Social Worker who will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality fostering service that champions the best outcomes for children. In this role, you’ll:

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will,

  • Support & Supervision: Recruit, assess, and supervise foster carers, providing regular guidance, training, and development support.
  • Child-Centred Practice: Attend placement planning meetings, contribute to care plans, and ensure children’s voices are heard.
  • Quality & Compliance: Complete assessments, reviews, and statutory checks, and present reports to the Fostering Panel.
  • Multi-Agency Collaboration: Work closely with local authorities, schools, and health professionals to ensure joined-up support.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have,

  • Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
  • Experience in fostering or children’s services.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development.
