Encargado de organizar y dirigir todas las actividades relacionadas con el continuo funcionamiento de las máquinas o herramientas críticas con el fin de contribuir a eficientizar el costo por unidad fabricada en VISKOTEEPAK. Mantener y preservar los equipos e infraestructura de la planta con un alto grado de confiabilidad y disponibilidad. Implementación y proyectos de mejora mediante la optimización de los recursos materiales, humanos y económicos del área de mantenimiento.
• Asignación de horarios de trabajo, actividades, evaluaciones, autorización y programación de Vacaciones, permisos y tiempo extra del personal de Mantenimiento, así como la dirección y retroalimentación de Metas y Objetivos
• Administración del plan de Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de líneas de Extrusion, Impresión, Corrugado, Loops y Edificio
• Gestión e implementación de un plan de riesgo de maquinaria
• Coordinación de la jardinería y limpieza del Edificio
• Diagnóstico y corrección de fallas.
• Contacto con proveedores para asistencia técnica, compra de material y equipo.
• Supervisión de contratistas.
