Joignez-vous à notre équipe dynamique en tant que superviseur de production, où vous jouerez un rôle essentiel pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de notre atelier de production. Vous serez à l’avant-garde du maintien de normes élevées, du respect des délais de production et de la productivité de votre équipe. C’est l’occasion de diriger avec impact, de favoriser un environnement sécuritaire et positif tout en optimisant les ressources.

Horaire de travail: 00h30 -7h30 du lundi au vendredi

Votre impact :

• Diriger et motiver votre équipe pour qu’elle atteigne son meilleur rendement.
• Identifier les besoins de développement et assurer une amélioration continue.
• Surveiller et harmoniser les activités de l’atelier avec les plans de production.
• Participer activement aux examens quotidiens de la production et rendre compte des progrès.
• Gérer les présences et assurer une application équitable des conventions collectives.
• Participer aux processus disciplinaires et maintenir des normes élevées.
• Optimiser l’utilisation des ressources humaines et matérielles.
• Assurer un environnement de travail propre, sécuritaire et conforme.
• Veiller au respect des règlements, procédures et lignes directrices externes et internes applicables.

Votre expériences :

• Diplôme collégial ou universitaire en gestion des opérations ou dans un domaine connexe.
• De 5 à 8 ans d’expérience en supervision dans un environnement manufacturier.
• Connaissance de la fabrication allégée ou certification Lean 6-Sigma, un atout.
• Expérience dans un milieu syndiqué.
• Solides compétences en leadership, en résolution de problèmes et en communication.
• Communication fréquente avec les partenaires internes et externes, les clients et les intervenants situés à l’extérieur du Québec. Connaissance de l’anglais, en plus du français, requise pour répondre aux exigences opérationnelles du poste et assurer une collaboration et un service à la clientèle efficaces.
• Le candidat doit déjà avoir une autorisation de travail qui lui permettrait de travailler pour Hitachi Energy au Canada.

The Opportunity:

Join our dynamic team as a Production Supervisor, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production workshop. You'll be at the forefront of maintaining high standards, meeting production deadlines, and driving your team's productivity. work schedule: Monday to Friday from 12:30am to 7:30am

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Lead and motivate your team to achieve their best performance.
• Identify development needs and ensure continuous improvement.
• Monitor and align workshop activities with production plans.
• Actively participate in daily production reviews and report progress.
• Manage attendance and ensure fair application of collective agreements.
• Participate in disciplinary processes and maintain high standards.
• Optimize the use of human and material resources.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:

• College or university degree in operations management or related field.
• 5-8 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or Lean 6-Sigma certification is a plus.
• Experience in a unionized environment.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Frequent communication with internal and external partners, customers, and stakeholders located outside Quebec. Knowledge of English, in addition to French, is required to fulfill the operational requirements of the role and ensure effective collaboration and client service.
• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada.
