Job title: Superintendent/Inspector

Location: Midtown Manhattan, NY.

Compensation Range: $55 - $60/hour

Shift: (11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Night Shift)

Project: Metro North Railroad project

About the Role:We are seeking a qualified Construction Superintendent to support an upcoming third-shift project for Metro-North Railroad at Grand Central Terminal. The selected individual will oversee daily field operations and serve as an extension of the project team, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.?

Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor nightly construction activities in the field.
• Maintain detailed daily logs documenting work performed during each shift.
• Record and report any project issues, concerns, or incidents encountered.
• Capture and maintain photographic documentation of project progress and field conditions.
• Serve as the on-site representative of the team, providing oversight and coordination throughout the duration of the project.?

Skills, Education, and Experience?Qualifications:

• Must have a valid NYC DOB 62-Hour Site Safety Training (SST) Card.
• Must hold a Metro-North Track Safety Credential.
• If the credential is not currently held, the required 3-hour online Track Safety training can be arranged.
