Nexo Técnico, líder en soluciones especializadas de ingeniería estructural y construcción en Puerto Rico, está en proceso de transformación operativa y busca un Superintendente que sea nuestro líder técnico en campo.

NO buscamos un "supervisor" tradicional. Buscamos un ingeniero senior con expertise profundo que quiera:

  • Construir un sistema operativo desde cero
  • Trabajar con tecnologías de vanguardia (micropilotes, FRP, estabilización de taludes, refuerzo estructural)
  • Desarrollar talento técnico y elevar capacidades del equipo
  • Tener autonomía y autoridad real para tomar decisiones
  • Liderar sin micromanagement

EL RETO: Serás el "alter ego técnico" del CEO en campo, asegurando excelencia en la ejecución de proyectos complejos mientras construyes profundidad técnica en la organización. Trabajarás en triada con Gerencia de Proyectos y Coordinación de Ingeniería para escalar las operaciones de Nexo.

Tus primeros 90 días:

  • Supervisión técnica directa de proyectos de alta complejidad
  • Preparación y planificación pre-ejecución con equipos de campo
  • Aseguramiento de calidad (QA/QC) según normas ASTM, AASHTO
  • Mentoría y desarrollo de Team Leaders y Coordinadores de Proyecto
  • Resolución de problemas técnicos complejos sin escalamiento constante

PERFIL QUE BUSCAMOS:Requisitos no negociables:

  • Ingeniero Civil o Estructural con licencia PE activa en Puerto Rico
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en ingeniería estructural/civil con fuerte componente de campo
  • Mínimo 5 años en roles de supervisión/superintendencia en construcción especializada
  • Experiencia DIRECTA en al menos 3 de estas áreas:
    - Reparación y rehabilitación de concreto
    - Cimentaciones profundas (pilotes, micropilotes, recalce)
    - Estabilización de taludes y geotecnia aplicada
    - Refuerzo estructural (FRP, postensado, shotcrete)
    - Proyectos de puentes o infraestructura crítica

COMPENSACIÓN Y BENEFICIOS:

  • Salario base: $45,000 - $80,000 anual (según experiencia)
  • Bono de desempeño: Bono anual basado en desempeño y cumplimiento de objetivos.
