IMPORT EXPORT AND TRADE COMPLIANCE SUPERINTENDENT

SUBORDINATE POSITIONS:
o Inventory Control Specialist Annex 24

o Coordinator and/or Foreign Trade Assistant (internal or external)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
o This position is responsible for ensuring that Foreign Trade operations are carried out in accordance with the laws, regulations and standards in order to keep our processes in order with the corresponding authority.
o As well as the correct maintenance of the different certifications that allow the company to remain within the catalog of importers and exporters.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
o Coordinate the correct importation of material goods or machinery necessary for the production or administration processes of the plant in legal compliance with the Authority.
o Coordinate the correct export of finished product, returns of machinery or material goods that are temporarily in Mexico.
o Maintenance of the necessary certifications for the registry of importers/exporters (OAS, IMMEX, PROSEC, IVA-IEPS, Rule Eight, CTPAT)
o Monthly update of the information from the Company's Annex 24 program (balances, prices, new items)
o Comply with the Security Policy
o Maintenance of the balances of temporary merchandise, as well as the payment of taxes on them.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
o Knowledge in handling: Legislation related to Foreign Trade, logistics, shipments and Customs clearances both in Mexico and the United States. Desirable Canada.
o Good communication with official agencies (SAT, Customs, Secretary of Economy).
o Knowledge of customs requirements of both Mexico and the United States. Desirable Canada.
o Excellent oral and written communication.
o Ability to analyze and make decisions.
o Ability to plan, execute and monitor projects.
or Leadership.
o Mastery of Office Software.
o Bilingual 60%
CAREER:
o Professional Career - Lic. in Foreign Trade, Lic. Business Administration or related career.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
• 5 years of experience in a similar position.
