 Superintendent – Water Division

Title: Superintendent (Water/Wastewater)
Location: California (project-based)
Compensation: $140,000 – $200,000

About the Opportunity:
Our client is expanding their water division and is looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on complex treatment plant, pipeline, and water infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily field operations and site safety
• Manage crews, subcontractors, and project schedules
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers
• Ensure quality control and adherence to plans/specifications
• Drive production, sequencing, and project delivery

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in heavy civil construction
• Strong background in water/wastewater projects (treatment plants, pipelines, pump stations)
• Proven ability to manage crews and deliver projects on schedule
• Deep understanding of construction sequencing and field operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
