  • Use performance data, team feedback and lessons learned to improve safety, reliability, productivity, cost and schedule outcomes

About you

You are an experienced maintenance leader who brings strong operational knowledge, clear communication and a collaborative leadership style. You build trusted relationships, listen to different perspectives and create an environment where people are supported to succeed.

With a visible field presence and strategic mindset, you will bring teams together around shared priorities, strengthen systems and build capability to deliver safe, consistent and high-quality maintenance outcomes.

You will also provide additional leadership coverage when required, including night shift during major shutdown periods.
