Job Description

We’re seeking a Low Voltage Superintendent to oversee field execution for complex electrical construction projects. This role is a strong fit for someone who can manage crews, coordinate with project teams, maintain quality standards, and keep work moving safely in a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise low voltage electrical construction activities, including fire alarm, security, telecom, and related systems. Coordinate daily field work with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. Review drawings, schedules, RFIs, and field conditions to support accurate installation and project progress. Perform QA/QC checks to confirm work meets project requirements, code standards, and installation expectations. Track field updates, documentation, manpower needs, materials, and construction progress using project management tools. Qualifications Experience as a Superintendent, Field Lead, Foreman, or similar role within low voltage or electrical construction. Strong background with fire alarm, security, telecom, structured cabling, or related building technology systems. Experience supporting complex commercial, industrial, or technical facility construction projects preferred. Working knowledge of RFIs, QA/QC processes, construction documentation, and field coordination. Procore experience preferred. P6 scheduling experience is a plus. Ability to read drawings and work with CAD-based documentation when needed. Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent field experience.
