We are seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent with a background in mission-critical construction to lead data center projects in the Dallas area. This role requires a detail-oriented leader with a proven ability to manage fast-paced, highly technical builds while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and schedule.

Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day on-site operations for ground-up and renovation data center projects.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trade partners to ensure timely execution of work.
Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all OSHA and company requirements.
Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Manage project logistics including manpower planning, equipment, and materials.
Conduct quality inspections to verify work meets design, code, and performance requirements.
Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain budget, schedule, and client expectations.
Prepare and maintain daily reports, progress logs, and other project documentation.
Qualifications:
2+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
Direct experience managing mission-critical/data center projects required.
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and structural systems specific to data centers.
Proven ability to manage fast-track schedules with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar).
OSHA 30 certification required.
