At Boldt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.
Build What Matters. Lead What’s Next.
At Boldt, our Superintendents are trusted leaders responsible for delivering complex construction projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. You’ll lead field operations, coordinate craft professionals and trade partners, and work alongside project teams to bring healthcare, education, commercial, industrial, and mission-critical projects to life. More than managing construction, you’ll mentor teams, solve challenges, and help shape the success of every project you touch.
Join an Employee-Owned Builder Where Your Impact Matters.
As an employee-owner, you'll be empowered to lead with integrity, collaborate with talented professionals, and make decisions that drive results for clients and communities. We’re looking for humble, hungry, smart, reliable, and gritty leaders who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about safety, quality, and continuous improvement. If you enjoy building high-performing teams, developing people, and leaving a lasting mark on meaningful projects, Boldt offers the opportunity to build a career as rewarding as the projects themselves.
If you're an experienced construction professional looking to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply and start a conversation with us.
