Superintendent - Commercial Concrete Construction

Do you have a passion for construction, particularly in the field of concrete? What You'll Bring to the Table

• 5+ years managing construction field operations (bonus if you've been on the subcontractor side)
• Bilingual communication (English/Spanish a major plus)
• Mastery of schedules, safety, and subcontractor coordination
• Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Project, Timberline, and PlanSwift
• A mindset that says safety first, always

What you'll do:

• 
  Lead multiple multifamily concrete projects across the Southeast
• Be the point person for vendors, clients, and crews
• Drive timelines, quality, budgets, and crew performance
• Cultivate excellence on site and in relationships
