We are currently working with a Developer/Builder in Phoenix, AZ and they are looking for a Superintendent to join the team and build local, profitable, commercial construction projects. Qualifications are as follows:
Project Experience: Ground up, tilt-wall, light industrial/warehouse/manufacturing experience is a must. Tenant Improvement, renovation and/or remodel experience in a commercial construction setting is also a strong plus
Experience: 10+ years in a general contracting environment
Abilities: Must be able to communicate effectively with Project Management, Sub-contractors, suppliers and clients. This person needs to be able to appreciate and embrace a culture where you are expected to ask and answer tough questions, hold yourself and others accountable while learning and growing.
