The Superintendent,
Bus Operations, is a mid-level management position responsible for directing
bus operations at a transportation facility with approximately 300–400
employees and a fleet of 150–300 buses, ensuring effective transit service
within the metropolitan service area. Under the direction of leadership, this
role oversees operational leadership staff, including the Senior Transit
Service Manager and Transit Service Managers, to support safe, reliable, and
efficient service delivery.
