You are a seasoned Superintendent with 5+ years of field operations experience managing multi-disciplinary commercial, institutional, and light industrial construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day management of field activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will develop and implement project plans and schedules, uphold company safety and quality programs, and coordinate the work of field staff, contractors, trades, and project stakeholders.
Working independently with minimal supervision, you will lead site operations, proactively resolve challenges, and serve as a mentor and resource for less-experienced team members. Your leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence will support the successful execution of project objectives and contribute to the organization's continued growth and success across commercial, institutional, and light industrial sectors.
