
Superintendent shall be responsible for overall maintenance, repairs and upkeep of agency locations. Utilizing sound judgement, critical thinking and communications skills, the Superintendent shall process work orders, tasks and projects efficiently, delivering on schedule. The Superintendent shall remain knowledgeable of agency operational systems and maintain licenses and/or certifications as required. Additional Requirements
Heavy Lifting Necessary (to include overhead lifting/holding)and operating machinery to include (but not limited to):
Education Requirements: High School Diploma; Bachelor degree preferred;
Valid driver's license in good standing
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint) and database navigation.
Pay: $60K Per Year
