You as a Superintendent will:

  • Plan, schedule, direct crews within the budget and timeline assigned
  • Provide leadership and training to General Foreman, Foreman and other field staff
  • Work with the Safety Advisors to ensure the work is performed safely
  • Plan the construction function to establish an affective organization.
  • Direct the overall construction program of the project
  • Ensure project is meeting construction schedule
  • Provide leadership to promote maximum productivity on site

Is this the right role for you?

  • A minimum of 5 years in a Superintendent role
  • 3-5 years of Underground Utilities construction experience is required.
  • Equipment Operator experience or other field experience is an asset.
  • CSTS 202, WHMIS 2015, Ground Disturbance Level II and Leadership for Safety Excellence is required.
  • Must have strong computer skills and have a history of working within software programs such as: Microsoft Office (Excel), and Proprietary Software.
  • Travel is required - A valid drivers license and reliable means of transportation is required.
  • A driver's abstract is required and must be obtained no more than 30 days prior to employment start date.
  • Primary Project Locations: Saskatchewan (Saskatoon, Regina, Moose Jaw, etc)
