Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Maintains and enforces a safe, secure and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
  • Performs job duties at single or multiple job sites, simultaneously.
  • Ensures job sites are always kept in a clean and organized manner.
  • Updates and maintains the company's scheduling software.
  • Performs quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
  • Ensures that subcontractor is fully executing and complying within contracted scope of work.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.

Required Education/Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum experience required - 3+ years
  • Safety operations training (OSHA 10) with certification is a plus

Required Licensing, Registration and/or Certifications

  • Must have and maintain an acceptable motor vehicle driving record

Required Skills/Knowledge

  • Advanced Quality Control Skills
  • Advanced communication abilities, written and oral with active listening
  • Advanced planning and organizational skills, including resource allocation, delegation and prioritization
  • Advanced understanding of construction equipment, including safe operating practices
  • In-depth understanding of all construction regulations
