Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Concrete Superintendent to lead field operations on concrete construction projects. This role is responsible for managing crews, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily concrete operations including foundations, slabs, walls, columns, and site work
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to meet project schedules
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and project documents
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project requirements
• Lead daily safety meetings and enforce safety policies
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and inspectors on progress and issues
• Monitor productivity and staffing needs
• Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects on track
• Maintain daily reports and project documentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial concrete supervision experience
• Strong knowledge of forming, rebar, placement, and finishing
• Ability to read blueprints and specs
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
• Valid driver’s license

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be active on job sites
• Ability to travel between project sites
