Our Opportunity
North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will plan and direct the operations through the plant supervisors, in all production areas in the manufacturing facility on off shifts, including safety, quality, productivity, continuous improvement, morale, communications, and all related plant personnel.
Your Priorities
The salary range for this position is $78,300 - $115,100 per year. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications, and the career level at which the position is filled.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
