Superintendent
Do you thrive in a leadership role where your expertise drives project success? Are you passionate about managing on-site operations and delivering exceptional results? As a Superintendent, you’ll take charge of daily site activities, coordinate teams, and ensure that every project meets our high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.
What You'll Do:
Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.
Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely progress.
Manage site safety, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a safe work environment.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, addressing any issues promptly.
Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, and other stakeholders, providing updates and resolving concerns.
Oversee the work of subcontractors, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and contractual obligations.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, schedules, and reports.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and mutual respect.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field.
You have 3+ years of successful Project Management experience with a multi-family builder.
You have extensive experience in construction supervision or management, with a proven track record of successfully completing projects.
You’re highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing complex schedules and priorities.
You’re an effective leader and communicator who excels in building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders.
You’re proactive and solution-focused, ready to tackle challenges and drive results.
You’re well-versed in construction scheduling software, tools, and safety protocols.
You’re committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
