Description
The Site Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all on-site labor activities related to general site readiness, housekeeping, basic carpentry, and support tasks at the direction of the GC superintendent team. This role focuses exclusively on managing the labor force and ensuring the site service tasks assigned by the GC superintendent team are properly staffed.
The Site Services Coordinator ensures that labor crews are deployed effectively and safety standards are upheld. This role requires strong communication with GC leadership and internal Operations to support manpower planning and consistent task communication and execution. Carpentry proficiency and the ability to guide a large labor workforce are essential. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a strong plus.
