What does this mean for you as a Superintendent at RO? Although it will be your responsibility to build a variety of projects in various sectors alongside the Project Manager (from conceptual plan, schedule, staffing plans, through completion), you will be the main supervisor for all field operations on site.
In this important and demanding role, both you and the Project Manager will ensure that all team members – including our trade partners, clients, architects, and other stakeholders – are kept up to date with consistent communication.
