Responsibilities
Job Scope:
To lead and develop the Super User community across multiple sites by driving system-directed warehouse operations, process standardization, and capability building. The role serves as the subject matter expert for WMS-driven processes, supporting business implementations, operational transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring alignment between Operations, IT, and Operations Excellence teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Operations Super Users across multiple sites and projects.
- Act as the key subject matter expert for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and system-driven operational processes.
- Support migration, start-up, new business implementation, and operational transition projects.
- Define, implement, and govern standard operating processes and system-driven best practices.
- Review and approve Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, and system process changes.
- Drive operational excellence by promoting process standardization, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor project delivery, implementation performance, operational KPIs, and process adherence.
- Coach, mentor, and develop site Super Users through training, knowledge sharing, and capability-building programs.
- Collaborate with Operations, IT, and Operations Excellence teams to ensure effective solution design and execution.
- Review system exceptions, identify process improvement opportunities, and support operational optimization initiatives.
- Provide guidance to site management teams on optimal process design, productivity improvements, and system utilization.
- Support data-driven decision-making through performance analysis, reporting, and operational insights.
Requirements
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, Lean initiatives, or change management programs.
- Proven ability to work across multiple sites and manage diverse stakeholder groups in a matrix environment.
- Experience in project management, business process design, and operational transformation initiatives.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Lean Six Sigma certification and/or Project Management certification preferred.
- Relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of professional certifications.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and WMS functionality.
- Expertise in process mapping, process standardization, and system-driven operations.
- Good understanding of UAT, business requirements gathering, and implementation methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to identify operational improvement opportunities and drive productivity enhancements.
- Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills across cross-functional teams.
- Strong coaching, training, and capability development skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and change management capabilities.
