What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage a portfolio of superannuation insurance claims, ensuring claims are assessed and progressed within agreed timeframes.
  • Develop and implement effective claims management and member communication strategies to achieve positive member outcomes.

  • Deliver difficult or adverse claim outcomes with empathy, professionalism and a solution-focused approach.
  • Maintain accurate claim records, file notes and written correspondence.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective and timely claims management.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records and prepare clear written correspondence.
  • A genuine passion for supporting members and their families during challenging times.
  • Experience in superannuation or life insurance claims will be highly regarded.
