
Blue Dolphin Swim School is a woman-owned, family-run business. We are proud to teach high-quality swim lessons to babies, children, teenagers, and adults.
As a front desk team member, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service to our families, making lasting impressions and relationships. For many families, you will be the first impression of Blue Dolphin Swim School! We want positive and friendly interactions with every family! You should be someone who is warm and welcoming while also being highly organized, dependable, and passionate about our work at Blue Dolphin Swim School. You’ll make these impressions through in-person, phone, and email communication. We want your communication to be professional, but also warm and friendly.
We are also looking for an Office Assistant that can be confidently independent in running the office and facility on Sundays; willing and able to handle customer complaints, questions, and reach out to new families as well.
This is a part-time position. We are looking for someone interested in working Sunday mornings, potentially until 8-1pm. We also need this person to commit to work a few evenings a week during our busy hours, typically 4-6:30pm. Times and days are negotiable. Pay is negotiable as well.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
We are a full-service swim school offering lessons from ages 4 months to adult. Our beautiful indoor year-round facility features a learn-to-swim pool and also a 5-lane lap pool with starting blocks.
Member schools are independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the member school, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this school. All inquiries about employment at these schools should be made directly to the school location, and not to US Swim School Association.

The United States Swim School Association began as The National Swim School Association (NSSA). It was founded in 1988 to provide a trade association for those who operate swimming schools in the United States. In 2003 the National Swim School Association changed it’s name to the United States Swim School Association. Currently the Association boasts over 400 member schools in 43 states and 17 countries worldwide.
