Key elements of your Role :
Master the Art of Coffee: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and hot drinks, ensuring perfect extraction and consistent milk texturing (latte art is a big plus!).
Speed & Quality: Manage brunch orders efficiently in a high-volume environment, maintaining our quality standards even during the peak morning rush.
Service Excellence: Ensure quick, friendly, and professional service at all times, making every guest’s morning better.
Bar Management: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, manage coffee bean rotation, and anticipate milk/supply needs.
Collaborative Spirit: Work hand-in-hand with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless brunch flow.
Vibe Setter: Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a welcoming presence to the bar—be the friendly face that starts our guests' day with warmth and genuine hospitality

Our name comes from Leche de Tigre, or Tiger’s Milk – the mix of lime juice, chili, red onion, salt and fresh fish that gives ceviche its uniquely bright and zesty flavour.

We opened our first location in Paris in 2019, quickly followed by another one in Brussels. Additional locations are opening soon. The Paris restaurant is located in the Sentier and is as vibrant and welcoming as its neighbourhood. In Brussels, we are located in Le Châtelain, a busy yet village-like neighbourhood, submersed in an epicurean local and international population.
