We are seeking a Summits Sponsorship Sales Executive to join our Summits division. In this role, you will sell branded partnership opportunities, from welcome receptions to keynote head tables — to senior decision-makers at global organizations, connecting sponsor brands with the C-suite executives who attend our invitation-only Summits.
This is an in-office role based in our Islamabad office. Working hours are 6.00pm – 3.00am.
Key Responsibilities
Sell Summit Partnership packages to senior decision-makers clients attending the Summit
Work closely with C-level executives to understand their brand visibility and networking goals, matching them to the right partnership opportunity within the Summit
Build and maintain a healthy prospecting pipeline to consistently generate new sponsorship opportunities
Manage the full sales cycle for sponsorship packages, from initial outreach through to contracting and delivery of partnership benefits
Keep organized, accurate records of sales activity and pipeline
Nurture post-sale relationships with sponsor partners to secure rebooks and renewals for future Summits
Qualifications
Required:
Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
Minimum experience: Prior sales experience, ideally in conference sponsorship, event sponsorship, or B2B event sales
English speaker (C1 level), able to operate fluently in an English-speaking business environment
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and tenacious in overcoming challenges
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred:
Track record of success selling sponsorship or partnership packages to senior/C-level decision-makers
Proficiency in additional languages
A passion for learning and self-improvement
