We are seeking candidates with backgrounds in banking, agriculture, agri-business, lending, sales, or client-facing advisory roles who want to deepen their expertise in Commercial Banking. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who understand the agricultural sector—or are eager to learn more—and are motivated to build strong client relationships, deliver tailored financial solutions, and support local market growth. As part of the Commercial Banking Development Summit Readiness Program, you will gain a structured development experience designed to prepare both external candidates and current Scotiabank employees for progression into client-facing Commercial Banking roles.
Program Structure & Duration
This is a results-driven Talent Development Program of up to 12 months in duration. In this role, you will support the growth and management of a portfolio of agricultural and agri-business clients by helping deliver advice, credit solutions, and day-to-day relationship support. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be placed into a full-time position, with the potential for career advancement into senior roles.
