As a Member Concierge, you’ll be the friendly face that greets members and guests and helps create a warm, inclusive experience from the moment they arrive. This role supports both our outdoor pool and Welcome Center operations, helping members connect with programs, services, and the Y community.
🕒 Typical Shifts
- Outdoor Pool:
- Monday - Friday from 1pm to 6pm
- Saturdays & Sundays from 12pm – 6pm
- Weekend availability is required
This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in customer service, sales, nonprofit work, or community engagement.
💙 What You’ll Do
- Welcome members and guests with friendly, professional service
- Manage check-in operations at the outdoor pool and Welcome Center
- Monitor the pool deck and assist with waitlist management
- Answer questions and resolve member concerns with care and discretion
- Support cleanliness and risk management standards
- Build relationships that create a strong sense of belonging

- Must be 16 years or older
- Must be available to work weekends
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Basic computer skills

QualificationsFLEXIBLE- Willing to pick up shifts
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Basic knowledge of computers
- We have various open shifts, and weekends are a must
