We are now looking for eager Summer Trainees to join our team. As a Summer Trainee, you can kick-start your career with gaining hands-on experience and be a part in shaping the future of battery technology.

Would you like to be a new member of the Quality Engineering team?

As a Quality Engineer Summer Trainee, you will be assisting Quality Team with the industrialization and project handover to serial production. Additionally, you will assist the team in daily tasks, such as problem-solving process and collecting and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement.

This position is an exciting learning opportunity for a motivated person to learn more about a company’s quality practices and assist our quality team in the day-to-day tasks.

The location of this traineeship is in Salo. A hybrid working model is also possible.

We hope you have:

• Ongoing higher education studies or recent degree in engineering or other relevant subject
• Basic knowledge of quality management standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949 is seen as an asset
• Experience in handling common applications of MS Office Suite (MS Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English skills are required, Finnish is seen as a plus
