We are seeking a driven Product Line Management Trainee for our Packaging & Hygiene Solutions unit.

The Packaging & Hygiene Solutions business unit specializes in innovative solutions that enable customers to create fiber-based products suited for a circular economy and replacing plastics, while optimizing resource efficiency, product performance, and quality. The business unit serves paper, board, tissue, and molded fiber packaging manufacturers across the globe.

This position will be based in Helsinki, Finland.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Supporting product line activities, development projects and demand planning
• Assisting in data analysis in Excel and preparing PowerPoint presentations for internal stakeholders
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Contributing to the development of product line strategies
• Supporting the operating model change management together with business unit strategy team

What you’ll bring to the team:

• University studies in master’s program in the school of business (e.g finance, strategy, logistics) or engineering (e.g chemical, industrial).
• A structured approach to managing small projects or desktop studies on chosen topics
• A collaborative and supportive spirit, bringing fresh ideas to help the organization improve and benefit from sustainability
• A development-oriented mindset and ownership of dedicated tasks
• Excellent spoken and written skills in English
