• Assist in various general labour tasks in a structured indoor environment.
• Support production teams in carpentry, roofing, flooring, cabinet installation, and other trades.
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to a clean and organized workspace.
• Adapt to changing production needs and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Learn new processes and contribute ideas for improving efficiency

• Must be a student who is at least 16 years old and returning to a school in the fall.
• Willingness to perform a variety of tasks and work in a team environment.
• Strong desire to learn new skills and contribute to production goals.
• High safety awareness and ability to follow instructions.
• Previous experience in construction or using hand tools is an asset (carpentry, roofing, crack filling, cabinet or flooring installation).
• Punctual, hardworking, and adaptable with a positive attitude.
