Explore your next role:

As a key member of the Engineering Department, this role provides a high school student with hands-on exposure to engineering operations, supporting day-to-day activities within the engineering department. The student will assist with basic technical tasks, documentation, and process support while gaining practical experience in an engineering environment.

*Please note it’s a 2-month contract role.

Your responsibilities:

  • Assist with updating engineering drawings, records, and databases
  • Organize and maintain technical files and documentation
  • Support small improvement initiatives (e.g., 5S, workflow organization)
  • Help collect data and observations for process improvements
  • Assist engineers or technicians with basic shop or field activities
  • Observe and document processes or equipment usage

Your Distinctive Ingredients for Success:

  • Currently enrolled in an Aerospace Engineering program
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated.
  • Other related experiences are considered an asset.

Eligibility:

You must be legally eligible to work for a Canadian company (e.g., be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident of Canada, or possess a valid work permit) and provide a clear Criminal Background Check.
