Role: Summer Student
Status: Temporary – Summer (4 months)
Location: Markham/GTA

Our unique Summer Student roles will provide exposure to, and specific hands-on experience within the organization. There will be an opportunity for you to perform administrative work within one of the following areas: Install Planning, Service Planning, Sales Support, Operations Support, Data, Strategy and Analytics, Customer Experience, IT and other areas.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales Support: Administrative duties providing exceptional customer service and assisting in the achievement of corporate sales.

Install Planning: Administrative duties involving the ongoing optimization of area Install Technician resources to meet incoming and forecasted customer demands, including finalizing orders, reconciling cash balances and handling escalations.

Service Planning: Administrative duties involving the ongoing optimization of area field staff (service, duct cleaning and plumbing) resources to meet incoming and forecasted customer demands, including finalizing orders, reconciling cash balances and handling escalations.

Operations Support: Administrative duties within a team focused on acting as a point of contact and support for cross functional teams including Energy Management Consultants, District Sales Mangers, General Managers and Sales Support to drive resolutions on deficient HVAC contracts.

Information Technology: Providing support to the IT and Development team, including assisting the senior developers in designing, developing, testing as well as supporting with documentation and analysis processes.

DS&A Support: Administrative and analytical support to the Data, Strategy & Analytics team by developing clear documentation, assisting with data modeling, and supporting data-driven initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in post-secondary education for Fall 2026
• Relevant coursework, academic focus or prior experience related to the functional area is preferred for most roles
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-starter, ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong technical proficiency in MS Office applications; specifically, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word
• Highly organized and detail-focused
• Demonstrate curiosity, inquisitiveness, and a passion for learning new skills
• Solid communication capabilities and practices, both oral and written
