Job Description

NEP Group is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support digital marketing and content operations. This role is ideal for someone interested in web management, content organization, and marketing systems. You will work closely with the Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing to help maintain and scale our digital presence across websites, media libraries, and internal platforms, while also supporting select PR and Communications initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Website & CMS Support

  • Assist in building and maintaining CMS collections within our website platform (e.g., Webflow or similar)
  • Input, update, and QA content including case studies and resource libraries
  • Ensure consistency in formatting, tagging, and structure across CMS entries
  • Support ongoing website audits to identify outdated or missing content

Content & Asset Management

  • Gather and organize product spec sheets, marketing materials, and technical documentation
  • Catalog and tag images for use across the website and marketing channels
  • Assist in selecting and optimizing images for web use (file size, naming conventions, alt text)

Media Library Organization

  • Help organize and maintain media assets in Dropbox, including:
    • Folder structure standardization
    • File naming consistency
    • Removing duplicates and outdated assets
  • Support the migration and consolidation of media across platforms if needed

PR & Communications Support

  • Assist with special projects related to PR and Communications, including:
    • Support PR and Communications team with media monitoring and intelligence gathering
    • Build and refine searches in Meltwater to improve accuracy of media tracking

General Marketing Support

  • Assist with ad hoc marketing tasks such as content updates, research, and light reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather missing assets or information

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress, etc.) is a plus
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and web content best practices
  • Experience with Dropbox, Google Drive, or similar file management systems preferred
