About the Program:

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic interns to join the Veronica Beard team in New York City for Summer 2027!

Founded in 2010, Veronica Beard is a contemporary fashion brand known for its modern approach to style and versatile, thoughtfully designed collections. With a growing presence across retail, wholesale, and ecommerce, Veronica Beard offers an exciting opportunity to gain firsthand experience within a dynamic and evolving fashion company.

Our Summer Internship Program provides hands-on experience and an inside look at the business of fashion. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain exposure to the teams and functions that support our growing business.

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking interns across the following departments:

Events, Store Development, Visual Merchandising, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, IT, Production, Design, Styling, Marketing, Social Media, Accessories & Jewelry, Fabric, Trim, Product Development, Denim Design, Accessory Product Development, Technical Design, Apparel, Non-Apparel, Planning, Allocation, Wholesale, Retail, and Human Resources.

Please note: Internship opportunities are limited, with approximately one intern selected per department.

Responsibilities:

Depending on the assigned department, responsibilities may include:

• Supporting day-to-day departmental operations and special projects.
• Conducting market, competitor, and industry research.
• Assisting with project coordination, presentations, and reporting.
• Supporting departmental initiatives, events, and business objectives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.
• Contributing ideas and providing administrative and organizational support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program. The program prioritizes rising undergraduate Juniors and Seniors, with limited exceptions for graduate students based on business needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in fashion, retail, and the business of fashion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• This internship is a 10-week program, running from June 7 through August 12, 2027, Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. This is a fully in-person opportunity based at our New York City office, and interns must be able to work onsite four days per week for the duration of the program. Remote work is not available.

This is a Paid internship with an hourly rate of $17.00 per hour.
