At whataventure, we work with corporates to create new business opportunities beyond their core business. We combine entrepreneurial thinking with hands-on execution to turn opportunities into real business outcomes.

For the summer, we are looking for a motivated intern to join our team in Italy for a 2-month internship experience. You will support project teams on innovation and new business topics while gaining hands-on experience in consulting, venture building, and entrepreneurial work. The role includes the opportunity to travel within Italy to support workshops, client meetings, and project activities.

This internship is designed for Bachelor’s and Master’s students who are curious about innovation, strategy, and building new business opportunities in a practical environment.

What you will be doing

• Support project research and analysis
  Conduct market and trend research, gather insights, and help structure information into clear and understandable outputs.

• Create project materials and presentations
  Support the preparation of presentations, workshop materials, summaries, and other project-related documents.

• Assist project teams in daily work

• Work closely with consultants and project teams to support ongoing activities, coordination tasks, and project execution.

• Support workshops and client activities
  Help prepare and support workshops, meetings, and innovation sessions with clients and partners.

• Learn about innovation and new business building
  Gain exposure to how corporates explore, validate, and implement new business opportunities across different industries.

What you need to be successful in the role

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in business, innovation, management, entrepreneurship, strategy, or a related field.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Curiosity and motivation to learn in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

• Structured and detail-oriented way of working.

• Hands-on mindset and willingness to support different types of project tasks.

• Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.

• Availability to work in Italy for 2 months during the summer, including occasional travel within Italy.
