Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and processes
  • Maintain and update employee documentation and personnel records (digital and paper-based)
  • Assist in the preparation of employment contracts, reference letters, and certificates
  • Contribute to and help organize the onboarding process for new employees
  • Take ownership of smaller HR projects, such as improving processes or supporting People & Culture initiatives
  • Support the planning and execution of internal events or engagement activities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR processes and tools

Candidate Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (mandatory requirement – active enrollment)
  • Strong interest in gaining practical experience in Human Resources, ideally within the healthcare or medical device industry
  • Initial experience in HR or a related area is a plus, but not required
  • Motivated team player with a strong willingness to learn and a positive, “can-do” mindset

Skills & Competencies

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, structured, and reliably
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and discretion
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Interest in topics such as recruiting, employee experience, and HR processes

  • End-to-end exposure to core HR processes, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
  • Practical experience in HR administration and documentation, with a strong focus on accuracy and confidentiality
  • Insights into modern HR practices and tools within a global organization
  • How to collaborate with different stakeholders, including employees, managers, and cross-functional teams
  • Opportunity to contribute to and own smaller projects, gaining hands-on experience in improving processes and initiatives
  • Understanding of how HR supports business objectives, employee experience, and organizational growth
  • Development of key professional skills such as prioritization, communication, and working in a fast-paced environment

  • Duration: typically 3 months (internship)
  • Flexible start date depending on availability (preferred start date: July 1, 2026)
