Internship program dates: June 8 - August 21, 2026

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree Accounting (Third or final-year student).

General Description/Scope of Responsibilities (Internship):

The Accounting Intern – Latin America will support BeOne Medicines’ regional accounting operations, partnering with internal stakeholders and in-country service providers to ensure accurate, timely and compliant accounting across multiple Latin American countries, in alignment with BeOne’s global policies and ways of working.

Essential Functions of the Internship:

• Support month-end close and reporting activities.
• Prepare and maintain account reconciliations.
• Assist with statutory and management reporting for LATAM entities.
• Monitor and support key internal accounting metrics, such as close cycle time, reconciliation aging, and audit findings.
• Support internal controls and audit requests.
• Support continuous improvement and process documentation initiatives
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support Associate Manager on Accounting projects

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Works under close supervision of regional accounting leadership and collaborates with in-country service providers.

Computer Skills:

  • Strong Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, lookups), Word and PowerPoint.
  • Desirable ERP systems knowledge (SAP or equivalent preferred).
