
Quality & Performance is a team of four in Commercial Logistics. The Head of Quality & Performance has overall responsibility for terminal contracts. In addition, each of our three product groups has a dedicated Logistics Manager who serves as the main point of contact for logistics-related matters. The department follows up on key targets, including OTD, and ensures that deliveries meet required quality standards. We also monitor market developments and secure logistics solutions that support future business needs. Performance analysis and continuous improvement are key elements of our work.
An internship in Hydro is a great way for you to try out and learn more about your field of study. You will obtain valuable experience, and you get to tackle relevant tasks and real challenges, with support from experienced colleagues. You will also get to participate in a joint program with all the Hydro summer interns, allowing you to learn more about our business and acquire interdisciplinary knowledge. All the while, we expect and want you to have a fun experience during the summer.
This role will support the further development of analytical reports and communication tools. Key responsibilities include contributing to the documentation of work instructions, standardizing work processes, and helping improve the way we structure, share, and follow up on logistics performance information.
