Summer Intern - Publishing Ethics and IPR-260086N/A
The summer intern position with the Publishing Ethics and IPR office will provide the intern with hands-on work experience and will give the student personal insight into the role of publishing ethics in the publication process as well as the adjudication of detected misconduct.The intern will also learn other areas of importance in publishing, such as copyright and open access.The intern will have the opportunity to network with authors, volunteers, members, and IEEE staff.
Key Responsibilities:
· Currently pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university.
· Strong skills in data analysis, management, and research.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Familiarity with Word, Excel, Google application suite, SmartSheet
· Detail-oriented and highly organized.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
· Interest in STM publishing is a plus.
