Internship Program Overview

We are pleased to offer a 10-week full-time Summer Internship Program, tentatively scheduled from 22 June to 28 August, with interns working five days per week. This program reflects our continued commitment to providing meaningful and challenging learning opportunities for students, while supporting the development of a strong and future-ready talent pipeline.
Our internship program is designed to deliver a well-rounded intern experience, combining hands-on work exposure with structured learning and engagement opportunities. Interns will gain practical insight into real business operations, work closely with experienced professionals, and contribute to projects that drive impact across the organization.
Throughout the program, interns can expect exposure to:

- Professional Development – Building functional and technical skills through real project work aligned with the team’s objectives.
- Personal Development – Strengthening soft skills such as communication, problem-solving, project management, and presentation skills.

This program aims to equip interns with practical experience, professional confidence, and meaningful exposure to the working world, while enabling them to explore potential long-term career interests.

What You'll Bring:

The intern will support the GBA product initiative by assisting with coordination, research, and documentation across cross‑functional teams. This role provides exposure to product development, regulatory considerations, and stakeholder engagement in a fast‑paced, multi‑market environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day‑to‑day coordination of the GBA product initiative, including meeting scheduling, preparation of agendas, note‑taking, and tracking of action items
  • Assist in preparing project status updates, presentation materials, demos, and internal communications for relevant stakeholders
  • Conduct basic research and benchmarking on GBA‑related market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor offerings
  • Help maintain project documentation, trackers, and timelines in collaboration with Product, Project Management, Technology, QA, Legal, and Compliance teams
  • Provide ad hoc administrative and analytical support to ensure smooth execution of project milestones

Learning & Development Opportunities:

  • Gain exposure to cross‑border product initiatives within the Greater Bay Area
  • Develop understanding of product lifecycle management and regulatory considerations
  • Enhance communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills in a corporate environment

Impact You'll Make:

  • Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Risk Management, or a related discipline
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Putonghua is a plus

This job is assigned as On-Site Essential and requires in- person work at an assigned TU office location as a condition of employment.
