Project 1: Competitor Research
Review the LinkedIn pages and websites of 10 BCI competitors. Document what services they highlight, how they position themselves, and what content gets engagement

Project 2: Review Solicitation Prep & Outreach
Build a contact list of clients and partners for our online review campaign. Draft outreach email templates and help partners craft their reviews if needed. Then execute the outreach -- send emails, follow up, and track responses. Goal is to secure 10 reviews.

Project 3: Panel & Speaking Engagement Prospecting
Research industry conferences, panels, podcasts, and events where BCI leadership could speak or be featured. Include both government (federal contracting, war) and commercial.
