Summer Helper Human Resources-(260000UZ)
Required activities include those found in a normal office setting, including sitting, walking, standing, bending, reaching, operating a computer, and communicating by telephone. Work is performed in an office and is subject to frequent interruptions. Work may involve completion of analytic and narrative documents with deadlines, involving stressful situations and long hours during some payroll periods. Work is performed in an office setting and is subject to many interruptions. This position requires travel to district meeting sites. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist and resolve issues related to applicant and employee changes and requests
- Assist with service records requests for new hires and exiting employees
- Field phone calls and emails from applicants and employees and respond in a timely fashion
- Assist with assigned projects and tasks while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- Assist and verify that new hires and employee changes are processed in a timely fashion
- Assist and troubleshoot systems and employee issues before escalating to next level
- Responsible for greeting employees and applicants while providing excellent customer service that creates a positive experience with every encounter
- Maintain utmost level of professional confidentiality
- Assist with Onboarding process for new employees
