Seasonal Contract – 42.5 to 44 hours per week. Hours of work are primarily Monday to Friday daytime, with some evenings and weekends required.

NATURE & SCOPE
The Site Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operation of a single YMCA Day Camp site, providing direct leadership to camp staff and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging experience for campers. The role ensures compliance with YMCA Child & Youth Safety and Protection Policies, Ontario Camps Association standards, and YMCA Health and Safety requirements.

DAY CAMP OVERVIEW
Camp operates Monday to Friday with shifts scheduled between 7:45am-5:15pm. Most camp staff are scheduled to work between 7.5 and 8.5 hours per day.
Pre-camp responsibilities and training events may involve evenings or weekend hours.
