Location: Serving New Braunfels, Canyon Lake, Seguin, and surrounding areas of Universal City
Compensation: $15–$20 per hour + performance-based bonuses
Job Type: Part-time or full-time (15–35 hours per week during Summer Break)
About the Role
We are looking for energetic, dependable, and positive Summer Camp Instructors to help lead fun, hands-on programs for children ages 6–14. In this role, you’ll guide students through engaging activities using LEGO® bricks and other interactive materials in a supportive and exciting camp environment.
No lesson planning or curriculum development is required — all lesson plans, materials, and training are provided. Your focus will be creating a positive experience for students, encouraging participation, and helping camps run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise groups of up to 20 students during camp activities
- Follow provided lesson plans and camp instructions
- Help create a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for all students
- Encourage teamwork, creativity, and participation
- Manage transitions, setup, and cleanup throughout the day
- Communicate professionally with parents, students, and team members
- Transport, organize, and care for camp materials
- Attend training sessions and occasional staff meetings
- Travel to various camp locations within the New Braunfels area
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in camps, classrooms, childcare, tutoring, or similar settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work well with a team
- Comfortable leading groups of children in a structured environment
- Must pass criminal and child safety clearances (if applicable)
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in education, childcare, camps, or youth programs
- Experience working with a variety of learning styles and personalities
