What You’ll Do
- Lead and care for a group of campers throughout the week
- Guide daily devotions, prayer, and faith-based conversations
- Build strong relationships and mentor campers one-on-one
- Manage daily cabin routines (schedule, cleanliness, lights out, etc.)
- Support camper activities and overall camp experience
- Partner with leadership on camper needs and development
- Help create a safe, structured, and positive environment

Important Role Details
- This is a live-in, residential role
- Includes overnight supervision of campers in shared spaces
- Requires active participation in a Christian ministry environment
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- A professing Christian with a personal faith
- Comfortable leading and discussing faith, including prayer and gospel-centered conversations
- Strong character, maturity, and sense of responsibility
- Interest in mentoring and working with youth
- Willingness to be fully engaged in a live-in summer camp environment
Summer Schedule
- Staff Training: May 31 – June 13
- Camp Sessions: June 14 – August 8

Additional Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Employment is contingent on background and reference checks
- This role includes overnight supervision of campers in shared residential spaces, including sleeping and changing areas
