Spend your summer leading, mentoring, and investing in the next generation. As a Cabin Leader, you’ll live on-site, build real relationships, and help campers grow in their faith, confidence, and character.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and care for a group of campers throughout the week
  • Guide daily devotions, prayer, and faith-based conversations
  • Build strong relationships and mentor campers one-on-one
  • Manage daily cabin routines (schedule, cleanliness, lights out, etc.)
  • Support camper activities and overall camp experience
  • Partner with leadership on camper needs and development
  • Help create a safe, structured, and positive environment

Important Role Details

  • This is a live-in, residential role

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • A professing Christian with a personal faith
  • Comfortable leading and discussing faith, including prayer and gospel-centered conversations
  • Strong character, maturity, and sense of responsibility
  • Interest in mentoring and working with youth
  • Willingness to be fully engaged in a live-in summer camp environment

Summer Schedule

  • Staff Training: May 31 – June 13
  • Camp Sessions: June 14 – August 8

Additional Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Employment is contingent on background and reference checks
  • This role includes overnight supervision of campers in shared residential spaces, including sleeping and changing areas
