The Paid Media Specialist Intern will support AMN Healthcare’s paid media and digital marketing efforts by assisting with campaign reporting, analysis, and coordination across multiple advertising platforms. This role provides exposure to enterprise-level paid media strategy, analytics, and agency collaboration, while working closely with Brand Managers and internal stakeholders.

Scope of Work & Responsibilities

The intern will support paid media initiatives by:

  • Gaining exposure to paid media platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook) Business Manager, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Spotify
  • Assisting with pulling, organizing, and analyzing reporting from Power BI and paid media platforms
  • Supporting performance analysis to inform testing plans and campaign strategy
  • Collaborating with Brand Managers to align paid media efforts with business objectives
  • Assisting with traffic coordination and information flow between internal teams and external media agencies
  • Contributing to discussions with the media agency related to performance, optimization, and insights

Skills & Experience Gained

  • Campaign performance analysis and interpretation
  • Exposure to paid media strategy and testing frameworks
  • Understanding of Google Ads, budget management, and performance metrics
  • Experience with Power BI and analytics-driven reporting
  • Project management and cross-functional communication skills
  • Insight into agency collaboration and enterprise marketing workflows

  • Data-informed business and media strategy decisions based on performance metrics

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 0–2 years of related experience

Additional Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student or recent graduate
  • Preferred exposure to paid media, digital marketing, or analytics
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, paid media platforms, or performance reporting is a plus

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

Pay Rate

$17.25 - $20.50 Hourly

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
