The Summer Associate will work in a flexible hybrid manner (3 days per week in office) and report to Marketing leadership at our Vienna, VA campus. This role will be a member of the Marketing Orchestration & Analytics team – a diverse group of analysts focused on developing marketing use cases & strategies, developing system capabilities & operational efficiencies, and understanding the resulting impact to our members and business objectives. Our group fills the critical role of bridging traditional marketing theory and process with 21st Century marketing technology and practice to provide Member Centric Experience and realize Business Value through the Next Best Interaction marketing program.
The Summer Associate on this team will help lead the development of automation and AI solutions to support Marketing business user needs. This role requires technical expertise to support innovative solution design, and advanced problem-solving to lead the development of technology solutions to fill business needs. They will drive solutions to support Marketing business teams, combining analytical and technical skills with an understanding of the systems and processes that support direct marketing efforts through Pega and Salesforce. Direct outcomes will include targeted automation/AI solutions that drive efficiencies in Marketing.
The Summer Associate Program is a 12-week internship program beginning in May 2027 and ending in August 2027. Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship. To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
